What happens if I want to cancel?

No problem. Simply log into your account settings and click the “one click” cancel button to delete your account. There’s no contracts, no long term tie-ins and no questions asked should you decide the software is no longer right for you. What’s more, you can even download your data into a CSV format which you can then open in Excel or Google Docs to use elsewhere.

Do I have to buy / use everything?

Your monthly subscription fee includes access to everything – there are no hidden extras or add-ons. And whilst you may think you don’t need all the functionality, once you get your head around the software’s potential for helping you manage and grow your business, you’ll be surprised at how much you’ll WANT to use.

How secure is my data and who has access to it?

We take data security extremely seriously because we know just how important it is to you. Spin has been designed to ensure your data remains as safe and secure as possible. YOU (and your allocated users) are the only people who can access your data and because your Spin account will be hosted on its own sub-domain within the main hosting, there’s no chance of accidentally accessing the files of another user.

I’m not techy and it looks complicated.

Once you become familiar with the setup you’ll be surprised at just how easy it is to use. It’s straightforward, logical and intuitive so if you can use Microsoft Word, Excel or Outlook you’ll be just fine. The main dashboard is easy to navigate and there’s no complicated jargon or data inputting rules to stump you. Any problems, we’re here to help by phone, email or online video. And if you get really stuck, simply book a free 121 training session and we’ll get you up and running in record time.

What happens if the system (and my data) just disappears?

Spin is cloud-based, backed-up and hosted on a dedicated server with Heart Internet. We’ve done everything possible to minimise the risk of the system failing or going down. In addition, you’ll be emailed a CSV file containing ALL your data either daily or weekly (depending on your settings) meaning should the worse happen, your precious data remains safely in your hands.

Isn’t my business too small for something like this?

Yes and it’s really quick and easy. All you need to do is cut and paste your existing data into the templates provided then import and save. Simple.

I can’t be bothered to learn how to use the software or set it up

As with any new system there is a learning curve and you will have to allocate time to get familiar with how the software works. However help is at hand. You can view the suite of “help” videos, send a help request from inside Spin or even book some free 121 online training with founder Paul to get you started. And once you get your head around it, you’ll wonder what you were worried about!
