Order Confirmation Software - Quick Start Guide
Step 1 - Get 30 Days Free Trial
What To Do
- Dive in and press any big orange button on this screen to sign up for you FREE trail account.
- Once your on the dashboard, press Settings on the Navigation bar, #1 on image.
- Pop in your next sales order number and a prefix (I use SA) where marked by #2 on image.
- Do you work to 2 or 3 decimal places? Confirm this at #3 on image.
- Upload you A4 PDF letterhead as per instructions marked with a #4 on image to left.
Step 2 - Create Your Sales Order
What To Do
- Click Sales on the nav bar, #1 on image, to get access to the sales module.
- Add a new customer and contact using the + button or select an existing #2 on image.
- Recommended: I always enter an enquiry so that I have a central link for any quotes, sales, p/os, etc. It's #3 on image.
- Complete the rest of the fields and press the green Add Sale button
- When you add more sales acknowledgements then a list of them will show in the centre, #4 on image.
Step 3 - Add Your Purchase Lines
What To Do
- When you add your sales order you move to the Add/Edit Lines tab.
- First enter the name of the item / product your sales order is for, #1 on image.
- Then enter the quantity of this item in the Qty field, #2 on image.
- Optional: If your product has a colour or differentiating feature, you can add these in colours or price includes.
- Enter in the buy cost and the mark up or sale price to complete the line enter, #3 on image.
- Press the green Add button and repeat until all your lines are entered.
Step 4 - Check Everything Is Correct
What To Do
- When you've finished entering your lines, click the green Preview button.
- The initial details entered on the right can be amended, #1 on image.
- The invoice and delivery address can be changed by clicking, editing and pressing return to save, #2 on image.
- Any changes you'd like to make to the description lines can be done via the Add/Edit Lines tab, #3 on image.
- Add any notes or instructions using the Special Instructions box, #4 on image.
- Once everything's correct, press green Print/Email Sale button, #5 on image.
Step 5- Create Your Sales Order
What To Do
- Use the tick options on the left hand side to control how your document appears, #1 on image.
- Use the tick options on the right hand side to include extra fields from your product files, #2 on image.
- When you are all done click one of the two green buttons to either email or create a PDF of the sales order, #3 on image.

What about if it isn't for me and I want to leave?
No problem. You can delete your account with the click of a button. You simply have to click on Settings on the top navigation bar and click the Delete Account button in the bottom right corner. All you account details will be deleted as will any payment details you may have entered. There is no contact to tie you in.

How secure if my online data in this sales order software?
Your data is stored in an individual database which is created just for you when you sign up. Only you have the password to this.
This database is hosted on a dedicated server at Heart Internet. It is backed up daily by them and also by us offsite. When you become a paid user, you can schedule .csv backups to be emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly. This way you have 100% access to your data.
