Step 1 - Set Up Your Trial System
What To Do
- Sign up for you free 30 day, 100% unrestricted trail by pressing any orange button on this page.
- Once you've completed your sign up click on the Settings button, #1 on image.
- Make sure the Project Timer is set to Yes, #2 on image, and set you global hourly rate, #3 on image.
- If you plan on invoicing from the system then set you invoice numbers and upload your letterhead background, #4&5 on image.
Step 2 - Enter A Contact & Enquiry
What To Do
- Your time is logged against an enquiry so press Enquiry to set one up, #1 on image.
- Link the related company & contact (or press the + button to add new ones), #2 on image.
- For you reference, add an enquiry title, #3 on image.
- Optional: I always add the source of my enquiry so I can see clearly where my enquiries are coming from. #4 on image.
- When your done, press the green Add Enquiry button to complete your enquiry. #5 on image.
Step 3 - Start The Project Timer
What To Do
- Now you are all set up start using the timer. To start the project timer press Start Timer in the nav bar, #1 on image.
- Link the timer to the correct enquiry number, #2 on image.
- Optional: Add any notes you'd like to make before you get started, #3 on image. Perhaps what you are aiming to achieve in the time.
- When you are ready to go then press the green Start Timer button, #4 on image.
What To Do
- Your time log details, #1 on image, show at the top of the details screen.
- Enter the details of what you achieved during the time log, #2 on image.
- Press the green Stop Timer button, #3 on image.
Step 6 - Easily View Your Time Logs
What To Do
- Your time log is show in the Time Log tab of the linked enquiry, #1 on image.
- View the details of any time log by clicking on the green View button, #2 on image.
- You can add time logs manually using the Add Time Log button, #3 on image.
- Invoice your un-billed time in the click of a button, #4 on image.
- See which time logs have been billed, or not, at the click of a button, #5 on image.

What about if it isn't for me and I want to leave?
No problem. You can delete your account with the click of a button. You simply have to click on Settings on the top navigation bar and click the Delete Account button in the bottom right corner. All you account details will be deleted as will any payment details you may have entered. There is no contact to tie you in.

I'm not sure about cloud based project timesheet software, how secure is it?
Your data is stored in an individual database which is created just for you when you sign up. Only you have the password to this.
This database is hosted on a dedicated server at Heart Internet. It is backed up daily by them and also by us offsite. When you become a paid user, you can schedule .csv backups to be emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly. This way you have 100% access to your data.
