What To Do
- Your daily tasks appear on your dashboard or click to view all active tasks, #1 on image.
- Update you tasks directly from the dashboard or complete them with one click, #2 on image.
- Each task links to the relevant contact, enquiry and even quote document for easy reference, #2 on image.
- Add tasks in any window by clicking on the Add Task button in the navigation bar, #3 on image.
What To Do
- Select company & contact that you'd like to add the reminder task for, linking to an enquiry is optional. #1 on image.
- Note: You need to add the company, contact and enquiry prior to adding task. Do this via the top navigation bar.
- Enter the date you'd like the task reminder to appear on your dashboard from the calendar pop up, #2 on image.
- Add a reason for the task. Something that'd remind you at a glance why you added this task. #3 on image.
- If you have a multi user system then you can assign the task to another user, #4 on image.
What To Do
- All the past entered notes show in date descended order for quick reference, #1 on image.
- Add unlimited notes to your tasks, #2 on image. These are auto time, date & user stamped.
- Note: Once you've typed your note click the green Add Note button to enter it.
- Reschedule the due date of any incomplete tasks to your next suitable date, #3 on image.
- Once the task is finish click the green Complete Task button, #4 on image.
What To Do
- View all the tasks related to your contact within their contact file.
- Organise the tasks by date to do, related enquiry or date completed by clicking in the column headers.
- Filter by complete or incomplete tasks at the click of a button.
- View all notes held against each task by clicking the green View button
What To Do
- View every task linked at an enquiry irrelevant of whoever the task is assigned too.
- Filter active or inactive tasks by clicking the green header button or search the whole list using the Search feature and the green All button
- Organise the tasks by clicking on the Date to-do, Company, Contact or Date Complete headers
- View all the attached notes on any task by clicking on the green View button

What about if it isn't for me and I want to leave?
No problem. You can delete your account with the click of a button. You simply have to click on Settings on the top navigation bar and click the Delete Account button in the bottom right corner. All you account details will be deleted as will any payment details you may have entered. There is no contact to tie you in.

I'm not sure about a cloud based task management software, how secure is it?
Your data is stored in an individual database which is created just for you when you sign up. Only you have the password to this.
This database is hosted on a dedicated server at Heart Internet. It is backed up daily by them and also by us offsite. When you become a paid user, you can schedule .csv backups to be emailed to you daily, weekly or monthly. This way you have 100% access to your data.
